Most importantly, we design and provide you with a retirement program for you that fits your specific needs. We provide you with a written assessment of your current program.

To assist you, we provide two levels of service:

Basic: Guide you in choosing the most suitable funds and their appropriate weightings for your needs within your employers retirement plan. At each quarter-end, you will receive our Investment Outlook & Strategy with recommended asset weightings for a range of objectives as well as our monthly newsletter. Consultations with our staff are available on an hourly fee basis.

Personalized Retirement Income Plan - In addition to our Outlook & Strategy and asset weightings recommendations:

• We develop and maintain for you a written Retirement Income Plan that includes all of your retirement accounts. The guesswork is taken out of planning by structuring your assets so that your money will grow during your working years.
• We will design an income generating program to support your needs in retirement.
• Annual reviews will include any appropriate adjustments and an evaluation of your progress.
• Consultations with our staff are available on request.

Our firm has a Master Agreement as an Advisor with TIAA-CREF. This association enables us, with your approval, to view your portfolio online. It facilitates our reviewing your investments and making recommendations to adjust your fund choices as appropriate. We are available to answer questions or provide assistance with your TIAA-CREF retirement program.
